New South Wales Repealed Regulations

SYDNEY CRICKET GROUND AND SYDNEY FOOTBALL STADIUM BY-LAW 2009 - REG 2

2 Commencement

(1) This By-law takes effect on 1 September 2009, except as provided by subclause (2).

(2) Clause 52 (3) commences on the later of the following:

(a) the day on which Schedule 15 to the Parliamentary Electorates and Elections Amendment Act 2006 commences, or

(b) the day on which this By-law is published on the NSW legislation website,

and is repealed on the day following the day on which that subclause commences.

Note : This By-law replaces the Sydney Cricket Ground and Sydney Football Stadium By-law 2004 , which is repealed on 1 September 2009 by section 10 (2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989 .
