This legislation has been repealed.

SYDNEY CRICKET GROUND AND SYDNEY FOOTBALL STADIUM BY-LAW 2014 - REG 90

90 Election not invalid despite certain omissions

An election is not invalid merely because:

(a) a person whose name is on the roll referred to in clause 84 did not receive a ballot-paper, or

(b) the Returning Officer did not receive a ballot-paper sent to the Returning Officer.
