New South Wales Repealed Regulations New South Wales Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) A person is qualified to vote in an election if, and only if, the person has the prescribed qualifications.
(2) This clause does not entitle a person (whether in his or her own capacity or in his or her capacity as the representative of some other person):(a) to vote more than once in any election, or(b) to vote in 2 or more elections if elections are being held simultaneously in different electoral districts.
