In this Regulation:
"permit" means a permit in force under Part 5.
"quarantine line" means a line declared to be a quarantine line by a
notification in force under section 15 of the Act.
"rural lands protection district" has the same meaning as it has in the
Rural Lands Protection Act 1998 .
"the Act" means the Stock Diseases Act 1923 .
