STOCK DISEASES (GENERAL) REGULATION 1997 - REG 8

8 Testing of stock

A person must not test stock for tuberculosis unless the person is a veterinary surgeon who is authorised to do so by the Chief, Division of Animal Industries.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
