Vaccination against tuberculosis

10 Vaccination against tuberculosis

A person must not:

(a) vaccinate stock against tuberculosis, or
(b) use any drug to treat stock for tuberculosis or for suspected tuberculosis,
otherwise than in accordance with an approval given by the Chief Veterinary Officer.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
