STOCK DISEASES REGULATION 2004 - REG 42A
Selling or supplying approved identifiers that have been previously attached
42A Selling or supplying approved identifiers that have been previously
attached
A person must not, except in such circumstances as may be approved
by the Director-General by order published in the Gazette, sell or supply an
approved identifier, or cause or permit the sale or supply of an approved
identifier, if the identifier has previously been attached to any other stock.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
