STATE ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING POLICY NO 32--URBAN CONSOLIDATION (REDEVELOPMENT OF URBAN LAND) - REG 4

4 Land to which this Policy applies

(1) This Policy applies to all urban land.

(2) Despite subclause (1), this Policy does not apply to land to which State Environmental Planning Policy (Western Sydney Parklands) 2009 applies.
