This legislation has been repealed.
A parentage testing procedure is taken to be carried out in accordance with this Regulation only if:
(a) it is carried out:(i) in compliance with Divisions 2 and 3, and(ii) at an accredited laboratory, and(iii) in accordance with the standards of practice that entitle a laboratory to be accredited by NATA, and
(b) where a bodily sample is taken as part of the procedure--the sample is taken by a qualified person within the meaning of section 33 (2) of the Act, and
(c) it is supplemented by a report under Division 4.
