SCHEDULE 3 – Water based development

(Clause 5, definition of "water based development")

The following categories of development are water based development for the purposes of this plan, except where the development forms part of a category of development listed in Schedule 2:

(a) aids to navigation,

(b) aviation facilities,

(c) boat lifts,

(d) charter and tourism boating facilities,

(e) commercial port facilities,

(f) dredging,

(g) flora and fauna enclosures,

(h) houseboats,

(i) maintenance dredging,

(j) multiple moorings,

(k) single moorings,

(l) skids,

(m) slipways,

(n) swimming enclosures,

(o) wharves, jetties, pontoons.
