SYDNEY REGIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN NO 7--(MULTI-UNIT HOUSING: SURPLUS GOVERNMENT SITES) - REG 4

4 Relationship to other environmental planning instruments

(1) Notwithstanding clause 5 (1) of State Environmental Planning Policy No 8--Surplus Public Land , in the event of an inconsistency between this plan and that Policy, this plan shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

(2) Each environmental planning instrument specified in Schedule 2 is amended in the manner set forth in that Schedule.
