This legislation has been repealed.
(1) A signatures form that is lodged by hand at the office of the Registrar-General must comply with the requirements set out in Schedule 3.
(2) A signatures form can be lodged electronically only if:(a) the plan to which it relates is also lodged electronically, and(b) the signatures form complies with the requirements set out in Schedule 3 and the requirements set out in Schedule 4 are complied with.
