New South Wales Repealed Regulations New South Wales Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) A strata plan of subdivision must be in the approved form.
(2) The administration sheet of the plan:(a) must bear so much of the information and certification referred to in the approved form as is relevant to the plan, and(b) must be signed by a duly authorised officer of the local council or by the accredited certifier (as appropriate) and by the surveyor by whom the plan has been prepared.
(3) Each lot resulting from the subdivision must be numbered consecutively, the lowest lot number being greater by one than the highest number of any existing lot in the strata scheme. If a numbered lot is shown as consisting of more than one part, each part must be described as part of that numbered lot.
