Residential flat buildings not complying with minimum allotment size requirements

39 Residential flat buildings not complying with minimum allotment size requirements

If development for the purpose of a residential flat building is proposed in the 2 (c) Residential zone on a site that is less than the minimum allotment size required by this plan, development consent must not be granted for the development unless the development complies with the following:

(a) the maximum floorspace ratio is (site area in square metres × 0.0005) + 0.1:1 (but is not greater than 1:1 and not less than 0.7:1), and
(b) the site has a minimum landscaped area of 65%.
