New South Wales Repealed Regulations New South Wales Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) A person must not dam, divert or take any water in the controlled area that is water from which the Corporation draws its supply or that is available for supply by the Corporation.Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units in the case of a corporation, 10 penalty units in any other case.
(2) A person does not commit an offence under subclause (1) in the case of anything done with the Corporation's consent and in accordance with any conditions of the consent.
