The Legislative Assembly of the Northern Territory enacts as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Local Government Grants Commission Amendment Act 2009.
This Act amends the Local Government Grants Commission Act.
3 Amendment of section 3 (Definitions)
(1) Section 3

4 Amendment of section 16 (Report of Commission)
(1) Section 16(1)

(1) By 15 November in each year, the Commission must give the Minister a report on the activities of the Commission during the immediately preceding financial year.
