Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A delegation by the Commissioner of any of the Commissioner's powers or functions under this Act, other than a power or function under sections 67 to 70, that is in force immediately before the commencement is taken to be a delegation by the Director made under section 4B(1).
(2) A delegation by the Commissioner of any of the Commissioner's powers or functions under sections 67 to 70 of this Act that is in force immediately before the commencement is taken to be a delegation by the CEO made under section 4B(2).
