ASSOCIATIONS ACT 2003 - SECT 87

This Division applies to an incorporated association:

        (a)     that is being or has been wound up; or

        (b)     the winding up of which has been stayed or terminated; or

        (c)     for which a provisional liquidator has been appointed; or

        (d)     that is or has been under administration; or

        (e)     that has executed a deed of arrangement (including a deed that has since been terminated); or

        (f)     that is defunct or is unable to pay its debts.
