Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies in relation to a decision of the Practitioners Board under this Division:
(a) to register or refuse to register a person as a building practitioner; or
(b) to renew or refuse to renew the registration of a person as a building practitioner.
(2) As soon as practicable after making the decision, the Practitioners Board must give written notice of the decision to the person.
(3) The notice of the decision must set out:
(a) the reasons for the decision; and
(b) the fact that the person may apply to the Tribunal for a review of the decision under section 35.
(4) If the decision is to register the person or renew the person's registration and the Board has imposed conditions on the registration under section 24FAB:
(a) the imposition of the conditions is taken to be part of the decision; and
(b) the reasons for imposing the conditions must be set out in the notice of the decision.
