Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsIf the plaintiff in proceedings brought in a court in accordance with this Act recovers less than 15 000 monetary units, the plaintiff is not entitled to costs unless the court is satisfied that there were reasonable grounds for the plaintiff to believe that the plaintiff was entitled to 15 000 monetary units or more.
