Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This Act binds the Crown not only in right of the Territory but also, so far as the legislative power of the Legislative Assembly permits, the Crown in all its other capacities.
(2) This Act applies to and in relation to offences committed in the Territory, or in a State or another Territory of the Commonwealth, before or after the commencement of this Act.
(3) This Act does not affect the operation of:
(a) the Evidence (National Uniform Legislation) Act 2011 ; or
(b) section 136 of the Youth Justice Act 2005 .
