Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsAn information sharing entity must disclose any information that is permitted to be disclosed under this Chapter to another information sharing entity that has requested the information in order to help the requesting entity to:
(a) assess whether there is a serious threat to a person's life, health, safety or welfare because of domestic violence; or
(b) lessen or prevent a serious threat to a person's life, health, safety or welfare because of domestic violence.
