DOMESTIC AND FAMILY VIOLENCE ACT 2007 - SECT 41

If the Court makes an order revoking the police DVO, the police officer who facilitated the application must inform the parties to the police DVO of:

        (a)     the order; and

        (b)     the reasons for it.
