DOMESTIC AND FAMILY VIOLENCE ACT 2007 - SECT 68

As soon as practicable after the Court makes a DVO on consent, a registrar must give a copy of it to:

        (a)     the parties to the court DVO; and

        (b)     the Commissioner.

Note for section 68

Under section 119, a copy of a DVO may be given to the respondent in a way mentioned in that section.
