DOMESTIC AND FAMILY VIOLENCE ACT 2007 - SECT 80

As soon as practicable after making an order under this Division, a registrar must give the parties to the court DVO and the Commissioner:

        (a)     a copy of the order; and

        (b)     if the court DVO is varied – a copy of the court DVO as varied.
