DOMESTIC AND FAMILY VIOLENCE ACT 2007 - SECT 82V

What Court must do if application is refused

If the Court refuses to make an order varying the DVO, the Court must:

        (a)     record the reasons for the decision; and

        (b)     inform the police officer who applied for the order of those reasons.
