DOMESTIC AND FAMILY VIOLENCE ACT 2007 - SECT 85C

Failure to comply with rehabilitation program

If a respondent who is ordered to attend a rehabilitation program fails to comply with a requirement of the program, the failure does not constitute a contravention of the DVO under section 120.
