DOMESTIC AND FAMILY VIOLENCE ACT 2007 - SECT 98

Any of the following persons may apply to the Court for the registration of the variation or cancellation of a registered external order:

        (a)     the protected person named in the order;

        (b)     a police officer or adult on behalf of the protected person;

        (c)     the respondent.
