Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The application of this Act to offences, prosecutions, appeals, references and proceedings extends to offences committed and prosecutions, appeals, references and proceedings brought or commenced before the commencement of this Act.
(2) A reference in a law of the Territory to the Crown Prosecutor, unless inconsistent with the context or subject-matter, is taken to be a reference to the Director and the Deputy Director.
