ELECTORAL ACT 2004 - SECT 106

This Subdivision applies to voting papers:

        (a)     issued under Part 6, Division 3, Subdivision 2 to persons to whom section 56(1)(b)(ii) or (2) applies; and

        (b)     sent to the Commission or an authorised officer under section 101(2)(c).
