ELECTORAL ACT 2004 - SECT 133

The Commission must, after declaring a candidate returned as elected:

        (a)     endorse on the writ for the election the name of the candidate; and

        (b)     return the writ to the Administrator; and

        (c)     keep a copy of the writ.
