Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The redistribution in accordance with the redistribution declaration notice takes effect for the next general election after publication of the notice.
(2) However, subsection (1) does not prevent the preparation of the roll for a division in the notice before the next general election.
