Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) For this Part, the Commission may, by written notice, require the applicant to give the Commission, within a reasonable stated period, stated information or a stated document relating to the application.
(2) If the applicant does not comply with the notice, the Commission may refuse the application.
