Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Commission may, by written notice, require the registered officer of a registered party to give the Commission, within a reasonable stated period, stated information relating to its eligibility to be registered.
(2) The registered officer must comply with the request.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
