Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) For this Part, the Commission may give an applicant a written notice requiring the applicant to give the Commission, within a reasonable specified period, specified information or a specified document relating to the application.
(2) If the applicant does not comply with the notice, the Commission may refuse the application.
