Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) An information notice for an appealable decision is a written notice stating the following:
(a) the decision;
(b) the reasons for the decision;
(c) the appeal details.
(2) The validity of an appealable decision is not affected by a failure:
(a) to give an information notice to an affected person for the decision; or
(b) to comply with this section.
