Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The appeal is started by filing notice of appeal with the Registrar of the Supreme Court.
(2) The notice must be filed within 28 days after:
(a) if the person receives an information notice for the appealable decision – the day the person receives the notice; or
(b) if paragraph (a) does not apply – the day the person becomes aware of the decision.
