ELECTORAL ACT 2004 - SECT 237

The following persons are entitled to dispute the validity of an election:

        (a)     a candidate in the election;

        (b)     an elector entitled to vote at the election;

        (c)     the Commission;

        (d)     a person whose nomination as a candidate was rejected by the Commission.
