ELECTORAL ACT 2004 - SECT 254

In making its decision on the reference, the Court of Disputed Returns may make a declaration as follows:

        (a)     a person was or was not qualified to be an MLA;

        (b)     a vacancy does or does not exist in the number of MLAs.
