ELECTORAL ACT 2004 - SECT 281

    (1)     A person must not supply a ballot paper unless authorised to do so for this Act.

Maximum penalty:     100 penalty units.

    (2)     A person must not pretend to be someone else to obtain a ballot paper to which the person is not entitled.

Maximum penalty:     400 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years.
