ELECTORAL ACT 2004 - SECT 291

    (1)     A person who accepts an electoral paper for sending to the Commission must immediately post or deliver it to the Commission.

Maximum penalty:     100 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months.

    (2)     An offence against subsection (1) is a regulatory offence.
