Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) As soon as practicable after the candidates have been declared for an election for a division, the Commission must determine the order of the names of candidates on ballot papers for the division.
(2) The determination must be made by lot in public at the Commission's office or other place decided by the Commission.
