Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) After an authorised officer has finished all visits to mobile voting centres for which the officer is authorised, the officer must, in the presence of any scrutineers, close and seal the ballot boxes containing ballot papers.
(2) The authorised officer must send the ballot boxes containing the ballot papers to the Commission or, if directed by the Commission, the officer in charge of a scrutiny centre for scrutiny under Part 7.
