Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsDespite another provision of this Part, a ballot paper must not be counted and must be treated as a discarded ballot paper if it is received by the Commission other than in:
(a) for a postal vote – the envelope bearing the postal vote certificate; or
(b) for a vote cast under section 57, 72 or 74 – the envelope in which the ballot paper is placed under that section.
