Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) On receiving a referral of an application under section 133(1), an assessor or assessors must publish, in the way the assessor or assessors considers appropriate, a notice:
(a) giving details of the application; and
(b) inviting written submissions from interested members of the public within a reasonable period specified in the notice.
(2) The assessor or assessors must:
(a) provide the applicant with copies of any submissions made in response to the invitation; and
(b) allow the applicant a reasonable opportunity to respond to the submissions.
