Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) An initial assessment of a registered non-Government school must be carried out at any time within 6 months to 2 years after the school is registered under section 137(1)(a).
(2) The initial assessment is to assess the school's compliance with the registration requirements.
(3) The registrar must direct one or more assessors to carry out the initial assessment.
