Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A person who is resident in Australia but whose usual place of residence is not in the Territory may apply to the CEO for enrolment in a distance education centre.
(2) To avoid doubt, if the person is of or above the age of 18 years and has not been enrolled in a school in the 12 months immediately before making the application, the person must comply with the requirements of Division 5.
