Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, by Gazette notice, declare a school to be a Government school .
(2) However, the Minister must not declare a school that is wholly maintained otherwise than by Territory or Commonwealth funding to be a Government school.
