Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A child attends a school if the child is present at the school in which the child is enrolled at the times during a school day when instruction is provided at the school for the child.
(2) A child is also taken to attend school if the child is participating in an education program prescribed by regulation.
