Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsRegulations made by the Ministerial Council under section 301 of the Education and Care Services National Law set out in the Schedule to the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 (Vic) before this section commences have effect in this jurisdiction as if they were made under that section on the commencement of this section.
